Group/Family Telephonic (Max 5)

Service Description

Telephonic Group/ Family Counselling provides a confidential and supportive space for families or groups to address challenges, improve communication and work towards healthier relationships. The sessions are designed to help members feel heard, understood and supported while exploring the concerns that may be affecting the family or group as a whole. Sessions may focus on relationship difficulties, communication challenges, conflict, emotional distance, family transitions, behavioral concerns, unresolved issues or other circumstances that may be creating strain within the family or group. Through a professional and respectful counselling process, participants are supported to better understand one another, express their needs and develop healthier ways of communicating and relating. To ensure that each participant has an opportunity to engage meaningfully in the session, telephonic group/ family counselling is limited to a maximum of 5 participants per session. Groups larger than 5 people may be better suited to a workshop, facilitated group session or another format that allows for more effective participation and engagement. Telephonic counselling offers the flexibility of receiving professional support without the need for a video session. Sessions are conducted in a confidential and respectful environment, allowing families or groups to engage in meaningful conversations and work towards improved understanding, connection and emotional wellbeing from the comfort of their own space.
